Share Thy Bread is a 501(c)(3) food pantry in Tryon, NC, dedicated to providing free food and essential services to low-income and disadvantaged families since May 2014. We believe in making a difference in people's lives and impacting them for eternity. Share Thy Bread offers a well-balanced selection of food, promoting wellness for every individual in our community. Our program supports an average of 14,169 household visits annually, serving roughly 33,809 individuals. We distribute over 306,117 pounds of food annually to those in need in Polk, Hendersonville, Rutherfordton, Greenville, and Spartanburg Counties.

We offer food support through our TEFAP and MANNA services, ensuring that individuals and families facing hunger have access to nutritious meals when they need them most.

It is important to us that our community neighbors know that we are here for them. We are willing to provide them with the produce, food, and personal care items that they might have trouble purchasing for themselves. Whether at our home pantry or through one of our pop-up pantries, we are ready to serve our community.
